About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Customer Service Manager to join our team at Supplies For Candles, a fast-growing online retailer in the Home Lifestyle and Personal Care Sectors. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you will be responsible for managing a team of customer service representatives, responding to customer inquiries, and driving sales growth through exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of customer service representatives to deliver high-quality service to our customers
  • Develop and implement customer service strategies to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction
  • Investigate and resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner
  • Collaborate with other departments, including distribution and sales, to ensure seamless customer service
  • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and market trends to provide expert advice to customers
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key accounts and major clients
  • Monitor and analyze customer service metrics to identify areas for improvement
Requirements
  • Proven experience in a customer service management role, with a minimum of 3 years of experience
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with diverse stakeholders
  • Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills, with the ability to resolve complex customer issues
  • Ability to learn about products and services, and describe them to customers
  • Knowledge of CRM software and telephone systems
