We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Service Advisor to join our team at Pybus Recruitment. As a Service Advisor, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of our service department.
Key Responsibilities- Customer Service: Greet all customers cheerfully and attend to their requirements promptly, ensuring a high standard of customer satisfaction.
- Vehicle Management: Obtain and record full customer/vehicle details and accurate description of work to be carried out, liaise with the Foreman/Service Manager on the progress of vehicles in the Workshop.
- Communication: Inform customers of any delay in completion, maintain the Workshop loading system, and prepare both cash and account invoices.
- Administration: File Job Cards and other documentation, and help achieve sales targets as set out by the Aftersales Service Manager.
- Strong Customer Service Skills: Excellent communication skills, a flexible approach, and a positive attitude.
- Administrative Experience: Strong administrative experience, with a focus on customer service and sales.
- Motor Trade Experience: Motor trade experience is desirable but not essential.
- Education and Certifications: Full driving licence and evidence of 'Right to Work' in the UK.
