• Manage a diverse caseload of residential and commercial conveyancing from start to finish.
• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, leases, and other legal documentation.
• Liaise with clients, estate agents, mortgage lenders, and other stakeholders in the conveyancing process.
• Provide expert legal advice and support to clients, ensuring their best interests are represented.
• Comply with all regulatory and legal standards, maintaining meticulous records of all transactions.

• Qualified Solicitor with at least 3 years PQE specializing in conveyancing.
• Demonstrable experience in both residential and commercial conveyancing.
