Location: Horsham, with hybrid working arrangement
Salary: £25,000 to £35,000 per annum, or £14 to £18 per hour
About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Analyst to join our client's team in Horsham. As a Financial Analyst, you will play a key role in supporting the day-to-day running of the department, working closely with the Senior Financial Business Partner.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analysis of financial data, including variance analysis, budget analysis, and more
- Collecting and collating data to support financial reporting
- Supporting the creation of reports and presentations for senior management
- Assisting with project budgeting and tracking
- Assisting in the creation of financial models
- Identifying opportunities to reduce costs and streamline processes
Requirements:
- Proven experience in data analysis, including variance analysis
- ACCA, ACA, or CIMA qualification, or equivalent
- Strong Excel skills
- Excellent communication and business partnering skills
- Able to commit to a 6-month contract
- Able to commute to Horsham at least 3 days per week
