The Role

We are seeking a skilled Support Driver to join our team at Clancy, working on our SGN contract in the Horsham area. As a Support Driver, you will play a vital role in assisting site teams with the safe operation of vehicle and plant machinery.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Ensuring the safe operation of vehicle and plant machinery
  • Assisting teams with works in the highway and on private property and premises, helping to set up sites and close them down, delivering signs and barriers, and running out fittings to the team
  • Maintaining a safe working environment, ensuring sites are safe prior to start and following completion of work
  • Minimising disruption to residents

What You Need

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • An extensive amount of physical activity, so demonstrable ability to perform in this aspect is essential
  • A full driving licence
  • NRSWA qualifications units 1 and 2 (SLG)
  • Abrasive wheels
  • Good organisational skills
  • The ability to work in a physically challenging environment
