Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Acquisitions Manager to lead our investment projects and drive growth in the UK market.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and execute strategic plans for acquisitions and investments, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  2. Manage project budgets and resources, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery.
  3. Collaborate with senior stakeholders to secure support and approval for investment projects.
  4. Lead due diligence and integration planning, ensuring seamless operational handovers.
  5. Secure and manage budgets for M&A projects, ensuring effective resource allocation.
  6. Support the Head of M&A with deal negotiations and structure decisions.
  7. Develop and maintain accurate issue and risk logs, ensuring effective stakeholder communication.
Requirements
  1. Proven experience in project and budget management, with a track record of delivering successful M&A projects.
  2. Strong commercial acumen, with the ability to evaluate financial models and business cases.
  3. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with senior stakeholders.
  4. Ability to think creatively and find solutions to complex problems.
