The Role: Minibus Driver

As a Minibus Driver, you'll play a crucial role in our team, providing compassionate and reliable transportation for our clients. You'll work closely with Passenger Assistants to create a positive and supportive travel experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Safely operate a minibus, adhering to all traffic regulations and safety protocols.
  • Assist passengers with boarding and disembarking the vehicle, ensuring their comfort and well-being.
  • Maintain a clean and organized vehicle interior.
  • Build positive relationships with clients, providing friendly and attentive service.
  • Collaborate effectively with Passenger Assistants to ensure smooth and efficient journeys.

Our Ideal Candidate:

  • Possesses a valid Category D1 driver's license.
  • Demonstrates excellent geographical knowledge of the local area.
  • Has previous experience driving passenger-carrying vehicles.
  • Exhibits a caring and supportive attitude towards vulnerable individuals.
  • Works well as part of a team, demonstrating strong communication skills.
