Role Overview
In this dynamic position, you will engage with warm leads to present a variety of tailored insurance solutions. As a recognized insurance broker with exceptional market access, maintaining professionalism and compliance is paramount. You will enjoy a unique work schedule of 9 days over a fortnight, including a 3-day weekend every other week (Monday: 11am – 8pm, Tuesday-Friday: 9am – 6:30pm) and one Saturday every six weeks (9am – 4pm).
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure customer outcomes align with Consumer Duty standards.
- Maximize the potential of every lead and effectively address objections.
- Conduct thorough inquiries with clients to present the most suitable products.
- Maintain high compliance standards consistently.
- Manage a robust pipeline of business effectively.
