About the Role

We are seeking two dedicated and caring Learning Assistants to provide support for pupils with additional needs in our dynamic and ambitious school.

As a Learning Assistant, you will work closely with teachers and other support staff to tailor learning and resources to meet the needs of individual pupils. You will be responsible for creating a positive and inclusive learning environment, promoting social and emotional development, and supporting pupils to overcome barriers to learning.

The successful candidates will be part of a skilled and well-informed team of staff, working together to meet the needs of all pupils. You will be expected to think creatively and work collaboratively to develop innovative solutions to support pupils with additional needs.
