About the RoleWe're looking for a seasoned professional with a strong background in child protection and safeguarding to lead our team in delivering high-quality services to vulnerable children and families. As a Team Manager, you'll be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and developing strategies to improve outcomes for our service users.
