Exciting Opportunity for a Registered Learning Disabilities Nurse

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Registered Learning Disabilities Nurse to join our mental health service in Wyke. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to individuals with mental health and autism needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct nursing care to patients experiencing mental health problems, ensuring a safe and therapeutic environment.
  • Collaborate with residents, relatives, and other healthcare professionals to develop and maintain individual care plans, adhering to NMC guidelines.
  • Maintain accurate documentation, undertake audits, and demonstrate integrity in your role.
  • Participate in staff and patient meetings, and attend training sessions as required.

Requirements:

  • Qualified Learning Disabilities Nurse with active NMC PIN.
  • Experience working within mental health and learning disabilities services.
