About the Role

We are seeking a talented and dedicated individual to join our culinary team as a Chef de Partie. As a key member of our team, you will support the Head Chef and Sous Chef in leading a culinary service that provides a high-quality, nutritionally balanced experience for our residents.

Your focus will be on preparing and serving food to the highest standards, while also contributing to the overall wellbeing of our residents. You will work closely with the culinary team to develop and review menus, and ensure that all food is prepared and presented to a high standard.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a passion for food and a commitment to delivering high-quality culinary services. You will also need to be able to work effectively as part of a team, and be able to adapt to changing circumstances.

Requirements
  • A catering qualification such as City & Guilds 706/1 and 706/2 or NVQ or equivalent.
  • A Basic Food Hygiene Certificate.
  • A minimum of 1-year catering experience.
  • Compassion and commitment to delivering high-quality culinary services.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team and adapt to changing circumstances.

Please note that this role will require a DBS Disclosure check, the cost of which will be met by Avery Healthcare. You will also need to provide proof of eligibility to work in the UK.
