We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate Head Therapist to join our team at Thorpe Park Hotel & Spa. As a key member of our spa team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring that our guests receive the highest standard of treatments.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Carry out a range of beauty and massage treatments for our hotel and spa guests, ensuring that each treatment is tailored to their individual needs.
  • Maintain a high standard of cleanliness and organization in the treatment area, ensuring that our guests feel relaxed and comfortable.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to guest queries and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Share product knowledge and advice with guests, helping them to make informed decisions about their treatments.
  • Create a warm and welcoming environment for our guests, ensuring that they feel valued and appreciated.

What We're Looking For:

We are looking for a qualified Head Therapist with a passion for the spa and beauty industry. You will need to have a good rapport with other staff and guests, and be able to effectively communicate on all levels. Experience in a similar role would be an advantage, but full training will be provided.
