What does The Solution Auto provide?

A competitive remuneration package of £40,000 base salary plus £5,000 in bonuses/incentives, along with a company vehicle, laptop, mobile device, and additional benefits.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage all marketing strategies, including promotional campaigns, events, content development, and search engine optimization, ensuring timely delivery and budget compliance.

Oversee the maintenance of the website and social media channels, refresh sales materials, and manage the marketing budget effectively. Monitor and report on the performance of campaigns, collaborate with external freelancers and agencies, and uphold brand consistency across all platforms.

Candidate Profile:

A proactive marketing professional with at least 5 years of experience, skilled in steering projects from initiation to execution.

Possess recent, hands-on experience in digital marketing, proficiency in design software, and strong editing capabilities.

Exceptional communication skills are crucial, along with advanced knowledge of MS Office and familiarity with analytical tools.

Basic understanding of HTML and CSS is advantageous, as is a degree in Marketing or a related Business discipline.

This role may require travel to various locations within the North West region for site visits.
