Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver exceptional customer service to clients and tenants
  • Ensure that homes are fully occupied and systems are accurate and up-to-date
  • Coordinate online marketing of available homes in collaboration with the Marketing Manager
  • Work with the Head of Lettings to carry out rental appraisals of the local market
  • Effectively deliver against operational KPIs such as lease up targets, occupancy rates, net income, and customer satisfaction
  • Provide regular reports on lettings performance to the Head of Lettings

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in real estate and residential lettings, BTR/PRS is preferred but not essential
  • Demonstrate ability to work autonomously, confidently taking charge, making informed decisions, and initiating action in line with company processes and policies
  • A strict adherence to confidentiality regarding all forms of information and data
  • Ambition to grow within a rapidly scaling company, with plenty of room for career advancement
