Industrial Senior Project Manager

Oyster Recruitment Ltd is seeking an experienced Industrial Senior Project Manager to join their team in Derby. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background and commercial awareness, with a proven track record of successful project execution in a custom fabrication and manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the full project lifecycle, ensuring timely delivery within budget and in line with company objectives.
  • Work collaboratively with the project management team to achieve project success.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance with CDM Regulations and other relevant industry standards.
Requirements:
  • Project management qualification with at least 5 years' experience in a closely related industry.
  • HNC qualified or equivalent.
  • Extensive experience in client-facing roles, including gathering initial project briefs and coordinating with relevant parties.
  • Willingness to travel overseas on occasion.

This is a hybrid role, working from home Monday and Friday, with occasional travel to customer sites across the region.
