Job Title: Personal Support Assistant for a Young Male

Are you a caring and dedicated individual eager to positively impact the life of a young male? We are looking for a reliable support assistant to assist a 19-year-old young man in engaging with the community, participating in leisure activities, cooking, and fostering independence skills in the Leeds 17 area.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Assisting with Meal Preparation
  • Providing Domestic Support
  • Facilitating Social and Leisure Activities
  • Encouraging Independence

Requirements:
  • Experience with autism spectrum disorders is preferred
  • Availability for 3 hours per week on weekdays and 5 hours on weekends during term time
  • Availability for 5 hours per day on weekdays and weekends during school holidays
  • Flexibility and access to personal transportation, ideally with a personal vehicle
  • Full UK driving license is required

Training:
  • Comprehensive training on Autism and Asperger's will be provided

Salary:
£12.40 per hour on weekdays and £15.44 per hour on weekends

Schedule:
Weekday evenings: 3 hours per week
Weekends: 5 hours per week
