We are seeking a skilled professional to manage the comprehensive Service Assurance process, with a focus on Service Design and Transition. Collaborating closely with Project and Operational Teams, you will ensure that newly developed and modified IT Services possess a thorough Service Design Package that fulfills all essential criteria for Service Transition and Operational Readiness.

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Proven experience in orchestrating Service Design and Service Transition initiatives
  • Ability to work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders to ensure successful integration of new solutions
  • Understanding of Availability Management, Capacity Management, and Information Governance
  • Familiarity with ITIL and experience in project execution within a governance framework
  • Preferably, experience in implementing security systems
