Senior Commercial Manager

Drive revenue growth and market success for a variety of brands in a fast-growing and innovative food manufacturing business.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute commercial plans to foster strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
- Conduct market analysis to identify trends, consumer behavior, and emerging opportunities.
- Align commercial strategies with brand marketing efforts to ensure a cohesive market presence.
- Negotiate cost price changes, range, distribution, shelf positioning, and promotional activities to build the brand.
- Manage Own Label contracts, including securing new business, maintaining current business, and managing the P&L.
- Create and maintain demand forecasts with the demand planning team.
- Collaborate with the Supply Chain team to build effective customer service and fulfillment.
- Monitor competitor activity and adjust forward plans to ensure brand growth.
You must have extensive knowledge of managing corporate food brands at a senior level and experience in growing branded business in a high-paced environment.
Being commercially astute through analysis and data interpretation, you will be able to inform the wider business with strategic decisions, resulting in revenue growth and development of new business channels.
