Business Finance Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Finance Manager to join our team at Eggtooth. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and effective management of our finances, enabling us to maximize our impact and deliver high-quality services.
Main Responsibilities:- Oversee and support the work of the Bookkeeper to ensure accurate financial records are maintained and all transactions are processed.
- Prepare management accounts, cashflow, and other financial reports on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis with accurate commentary and analysis.
- Develop and implement financial policies, controls, and systems to ensure compliance and diligent resource management.
- Monitor cash position and cashflow to ensure adequate reserves to meet our financial responsibilities.
- Prepare year-end accounts to trial balance and liaise with Accountants to ensure accurate financial statements are produced.
- Proven experience of working in a hands-on Finance Manager role.
- Strong knowledge of financial management principles, budgeting, and financial reporting.
- Proficient in using accounting software and MS Office (particularly Excel).
- Ability to work flexibly and prioritize work in a demanding environment.
