Commercial Account Handler

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Commercial Account Handler to join our Client Servicing Team at Everpool Careers. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing an existing and expanding client portfolio, providing expert product advice and guidance, and supporting commercial renewals in line with the sales process.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain professional working relationships with clients, providing expert product advice and guidance.
  • Handle daily and complex client queries, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
  • Support commercial renewals, including issuing market submissions, obtaining quotations, and preparing quotation documents.
  • Prepare for and attend client meetings, executing follow-up actions as needed.
  • Perform data analysis to support risk management propositions.
  • Manage aged debt and ensure accurate policy documents.
Requirements:
  • Cert CII qualified.
  • Minimum 2 years commercial experience within broking.
  • Experience using Acturis is desirable.
  • Strong commercial awareness and excellent attention to detail.
