Job Opportunity at the Royal Mint

We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our team as part-time Retail and Tour Guides at the Royal Mint in Llantrisant, South Wales.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service to visitors, including families and children, in the shop and at Santa's Grotto.
  • Assist with maintaining the highest standards of presentation throughout the attraction.
  • Be courteous and professional to guests, ensuring a magical and memorable experience for all.
  • Observe and report any incidents that may affect the presentation, employees, or guests to the General/Duty Manager.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in retail, using tills, and stock replenishment is essential.
  • Energetic, happy, and outgoing individuals with excellent communication skills are required.
  • Ability to engage members of the public, gather an audience, and public speaking skills are necessary.
  • Outstanding customer service skills and a commitment to learning are essential.
  • A flexible, hands-on, can-do approach and initiative are required.
  • Personable, presentable, and highly professional individuals are preferred.
