At Cambridge Manor Care Home, we're dedicated to providing exceptional care and support to our residents. We're seeking a compassionate and dedicated individual to join our team as a General Assistant.
Job Summary
We're looking for someone who is passionate about making a difference in the lives of our residents. As a General Assistant, you'll work across the hospitality department, supporting the housekeeping, laundry, and kitchen teams, as well as interacting and caring for our residents and assisting them at mealtimes.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the housekeeping, laundry, and kitchen teams in maintaining a clean and comfortable environment for our residents.
- Interact and care for our residents, providing emotional support and assistance with daily activities.
- Assist residents at mealtimes, ensuring they receive the care and support they need.
- Work collaboratively with the leadership team to achieve our goal of providing outstanding care and support.
Requirements
- Compassion, dedication, and a genuine interest in caring for others.
- Ability to communicate effectively at all levels.
- Team player with a willingness to participate in training programs.
