Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Nursery Practitioner to join our team at Busy Bees Day Nursery and Preschool in Northampton Riverside Park. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and education to our children, supporting their development and well-being.

About the Role

As a Nursery Practitioner, you will be responsible for creating a nurturing and stimulating environment that encourages children to learn and grow. You will work closely with our experienced team to plan and deliver engaging activities, observe and assess children's progress, and provide feedback to parents and carers.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to hold a Level 2 or 3 Childcare qualification and have previous experience working with children, ideally as an Early Years Educator, Nursery Practitioner, or Nursery Assistant. You will also need to be passionate about providing high-quality care and education, and be committed to supporting the development of our children and staff.
