Hours of Work

  • Opportunities for both full-time and part-time positions
  • Full-time: 38.5 hours per week, including weekends

Working Schedule

  • Shifts from 3am to 9pm
  • Night shifts from 9pm to 3am
  • Day shifts from 8am to 8pm
Job Responsibilities
  • Establishes warm and respectful connections with Residents
  • Offers companionship and attention to Residents.
  • Learns about the Residents' preferences and lifestyles.
  • Facilitates both group and individual recreational activities.
  • Serves meals and beverages during dining times as well as snacks throughout the day.
  • Aids Residents with eating and drinking.
  • Maintains daily documentation.
  • Ensures that communal areas and Resident rooms are kept in excellent condition.
Experience Required

We seek individuals with experience in some or all of the following areas:

Qualifications

  • Training will be provided for the role, so prior direct care experience is not mandatory, though it is advantageous.

Work Experience

  • Experience in elderly care
  • Background in customer service

Skills and Competencies

  • Ability to work effectively both in a team and independently
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills; ability to uphold confidentiality, dignity, and privacy of the Residents
