Job Title: Theatre Scrub Nurse

Location: Ramsay Health Care Clinical

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Theatre Scrub Nurse to join our team at Ramsay Health Care Clinical. As a key member of our operating theatre team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and supporting our surgeons and anaesthetists during surgical procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare operating theatres for surgical procedures, ensuring all equipment and supplies are available and in good working order.
  • Assist surgeons and anaesthetists during procedures, providing support and maintaining a safe and efficient operating environment.
  • Monitor patient vital signs and report any concerns to the surgical team.
  • Maintain accurate records of patient care and surgical procedures.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care.

Requirements:

  • NMC registration with no restrictions or conditions.
  • Surgical scrub experience within all specialities.
  • Surgical First Assist Qualification (SFA) would be desirable, but not essential.
  • Proven ability to work effectively in a team environment as well as independently.
  • Flexible and positive attitude.
  • A warm, considerate and empathetic character.
