Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Paint Spraying Operative to join our team at W P Recruitment & HR Ltd. As a Paint Spraying Operative, you will be responsible for preparing parts and assemblies for painting, mixing paint and other materials, operating and maintaining equipment, and ensuring adherence to quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Preparation of parts and assemblies for painting, working to quality standards
  • Mixing of paint and other materials, to specifications
  • Operation, cleaning and maintenance of equipment
  • Use of heat or oven drying techniques
  • Ensuring adherence to COSHH and health and safety standards

Requirements:

  • Previous paint spraying experience is required, ideally within the manufacturing, automotive or other related sector
  • Must be organised, work well to instructions as well as part of a team, with good attention to detail and cleanliness

What We Offer:

  • Salary: £25,000 - £28,000 per annum, dependent upon experience
