Churchill Estates Management Ltd is seeking an experienced and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Lodge Manager. This exciting opportunity will see you working in a dynamic and rewarding environment, providing exceptional service to our Home Owners and contributing to the success of our retirement developments.
As a Lodge Manager, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the development, ensuring the highest standards of customer service and property maintenance. You will work closely with our Area Manager and other colleagues to deliver a first-class service to our Owners, providing a safe and welcoming environment for them to enjoy.
We are looking for someone with a passion for delivering excellent customer service, who is able to work independently and as part of a team. You will have a strong background in administration and customer service, with experience of working in a similar role or sector. You will be confident in your ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities, and have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
