Wood is seeking high-achieving graduates to join our Graduate Programme in Subsea and Offshore Energy. As a Graduate Engineer, you will work on a range of projects under the guidance of experienced engineers and managers, developing advanced engineering skills and management techniques.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support projects in subsea and onshore energy transportation, including hydrogen, carbon capture, renewable and conventional energies
  • Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams to deliver projects to leaders of industry
  • Develop and apply advanced engineering skills and management techniques
  • Participate in rotations across relevant business areas to enhance knowledge and experience
Requirements:
  • Minimum 2:1 Bachelor's degree in an Engineering field or a Master's degree in Pipelines, Subsea Engineering, Power & Electrical Engineering or other disciplines relating to clean energy, offshore engineering or offshore renewables industries
  • Previous industry experience or internship in subsea/pipeline/renewables engineering is an advantage
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to learn quickly and adapt to business requirements
