Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Neonatal Nurse to join our team as a Clinical Lead for Neonatal Services. As a key member of our nursing workforce, you will be responsible for maintaining clinical leadership and management in the care of neonates and their families.

Job Responsibilities
  • Provide clinical and managerial support relating to the provision of neonatal services
  • Coordinate the nursing team in delivering effective quality care, following a patient-centred model of practice
  • Assist the team leader in administrative management, supervision, and support of a team of nurses and ancillary staff
  • Participate in Network NICU service development and initiate evidence-based practice
  • Contribute to resource management in the provision of neonatal services
Key Requirements
  • Demonstrable experience in neonatal intensive care at Band 5
  • Demonstrable experience of teaching and mentorship
  • Evidence of Continuous Professional Development
