Position Overview
Line Cook at SSP Group
Compensation: £12.50 per hour; additionally , you will receive an extra £1.20 for each hour worked during the night shift from midnight to 6 am.
Working Hours: 3:00 am to 10:00 pm
Candidates selected for this role will need to provide references covering the last 5 years and pass a Criminal Record Check as per Airport Security Regulations.
Due to the nature of the responsibilities associated with the Line Cook position, applicants must be at least 18 years old to undertake specific tasks and shifts, including the handling and serving of alcoholic beverages.

Assisting with incoming deliveries. Preparing meats and vegetables for cooking. Supporting fellow kitchen staff. Aiding in stock rotation and inventory management. Contributing to the maintenance of kitchen and food safety standards. Managing time effectively for food preparation and service. Accurately measuring ingredients and portion sizes. Performing daily, weekly, and monthly cleaning tasks as directed by the Kitchen Manager.
