Lead the Way in Care Home Management

Care UK is seeking a dedicated and passionate Home Manager to join our team at Stanley Park Care Home. As a leader in care home management, you will be responsible for the day-to-day running of the home, ensuring exceptional care and service to our residents.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide effective leadership and management to all staff employed in the home.
  • Promote a caring environment that meets the latest guidelines, best practices, and regulatory requirements.
  • Ensure the effective financial and commercial management of the home in accordance with company policy.
  • Maintain excellent relationships with relatives, residents, and external agencies to build a positive reputation in the local community.
Requirements:
  • 2-3+ years of experience as a Home Manager.
  • Proven experience in caring for older people in a Residential and Dementia setting.
  • Ability to manage a budget and accounts.
  • Knowledge of the Care Standards Act and Health and Safety Legislation.
  • Ability to innovate and improve standards.
