Job Role and ResponsibilitiesWe are seeking a qualified and experienced Registered General Nurse (RGN) to join our team at Dalton Court, a purpose-built care home providing a friendly and companionable place to live for older people requiring general or specialist dementia nursing care. As a key member of our multi-disciplinary team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality care to our residents, working collaboratively with colleagues to ensure the best possible outcomes.
Requirements and Qualifications- RGN Qualified & NMC (Nursing & Midwifery Council) Registered
- Previous older people's care experience is desirable but not essential
- Caring & compassionate with an excellent clinical track record
- Passionate about delivering outstanding care to older people
- Excellent organisation & leadership skills
- Effective communication skills
- Flexible, professional and committed to being the best
