About the Role
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Property Administrator to join our team at Paul Bott & Company. As a Property Administrator, you will play a crucial role in supporting our lettings director and sales team in the day-to-day operations of our independent bespoke estate agency.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage maintenance requests and liaise with tenants to ensure prompt resolution of issues
- Oversee renovations and refurbishments, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget
- Provide administrative support to the sales and lettings teams, including answering phones, filing, and booking appointments
- Process renewals and tenancy agreements, ensuring all necessary documentation is completed accurately and efficiently
- Coordinate with contractors and vendors to ensure smooth execution of tasks
- Upload payments and maintain accurate records of financial transactions
- Work closely with the sales and lettings teams to ensure seamless communication and collaboration
- Sort and organize files, both physical and digital, to maintain a clutter-free and efficient workspace
Requirements
- Proven administration experience, preferably in the lettings industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and clients
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Friendly and patient demeanor, with a customer-focused approach
- Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software
