Workshop Engineer Position Overview

As a key member of our client's team, you will be responsible for servicing and repairing a wide range of heavy and small plant machinery, including excavators, dumpers, fork lifts, and more.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Service and repair all heavy and small plant machinery
  • Provide diagnostics and have excellent fault-finding skills
  • Maintain a clean and organized workshop environment, adhering to all health and safety rules
  • Assist with mobile breakdowns, using a company-provided vehicle when necessary
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of experience in a similar business and position
  • Full driving license
  • Availability to work one weekend day every other week
Benefits:
  • Competitive salary: £38,000-£40,000
  • Standard working hours: 7:30-5:30, Monday to Friday, with every other Saturday 8-12pm
