Position Overview:
As an Internal Quality Assurer, you will play a unique role in ensuring the precision and uniformity of educational delivery and assessment decisions within training and apprenticeship initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
- Report directly to the Quality Manager and engage with clients on a daily basis.
- Collaborate with various teams across the contract, including delivery, business support, and compliance and assurance.
- Conduct quality assurance activities in accordance with the IQA strategy, Awarding Organisation, ESFA / DfE, and Ofsted standards in the Engineering field.
- Develop sampling plans based on risk assessment aligned with the IQA strategy.
- Perform observations of teaching, learning, and assessment, providing clear, constructive, and timely feedback.
- Offer precise and timely feedback to delivery personnel, both verbally and in writing.
- Provide training, mentoring, and support to delivery staff, including induction training for new employees.

Qualifications and Experience Required:
- Award in the Internal Quality Assurance of Assessment Processes and Practice (or equivalent) such as V1, D34, etc.
- Certificate in Assessing Vocational Achievement (or equivalent) such as A1, CAVA, etc.
- Proficiency in Maths and English, with a minimum of GCSE grade C or equivalent.
- Engineering Level 3 qualification.
- Relevant mechanical engineering experience.
