Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Cleaning and Maintenance Team Member to join our team. As a key member of our cleaning and casino team, you will be responsible for maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation in our venues.

Key Responsibilities

  • Welcome customers warmly into our business and provide a courteous and professional service.
  • Work collaboratively as part of the cleaning and wider casino team to achieve results and ensure the casino is presented to the highest standard.
  • Proactively comply with all regulations, particularly for hygiene, food safety, and safer gambling.
  • Immaculate operational standards in all areas, including working to timescales when completing tasks.
  • Provide input to improve the service provided and contribute to the growth and development of our team.

Requirements

  • Positive attitude and a strong work ethic.
  • Experience of working successfully in a cleaning role, including using a range of cleaning equipment and products.
  • Ability to collaborate with the team and wider business, with sound communication skills.
  • Comfortable with change and able to adapt to new ways of working.
  • Great time management and attention to detail.
