This pivotal role demands a candidate with extensive expertise in housing maintenance and disrepair management.

The role is structured as a six-month contract with an attractive hourly rate, perfect for a committed professional aiming to deliver substantial contributions within a limited timeframe.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and coordinate repair operations, ensuring adherence to industry regulations and company policies.
- Lead repair teams, offering direction and support to guarantee superior workmanship and productivity.
- Perform site evaluations to determine the quality of repairs and pinpoint any disrepair issues.
- Collaborate with contractors, tenants, and internal departments to ensure seamless operations and effective communication.
- Provide technical guidance and insights on housing maintenance and disrepair issues.
- Compile and present reports detailing the progress and results of repair initiatives.
Qualifications:
- Demonstrated experience as a Repairs Operations Manager within the housing industry.
- Comprehensive understanding of housing maintenance and disrepair protocols.
- Skilled in planning, organizing, and prioritizing tasks effectively.
