Job Opportunity

Purely Automotive Recruitment Ltd is seeking a skilled Vehicle Technician to join their client based in Knutsford, Cheshire. The company is one of the largest and most successful dealer groups in the UK, operating a number of prestige retail franchised vehicle operations across the country.


Requirements
  • A time-served qualified Vehicle Technician with a formal qualification in Automotive City and Guilds – NVQ / IMI Level 2 or 3, in Light Vehicle Maintenance and Vehicle Diagnostics (or equivalent qualification).
  • Certification to work on HV-Electric and Hybrid Vehicles would be an advantage but not essential.
  • Master Technicians holding qualifications to a manufacturer level 4 or equivalent qualification for this position.

Key Responsibilities

The ideal candidate will have the ability to work within given timescales and the ability to tackle all aspects of vehicle repairs and servicing, in-line with the company and manufacturer standards and procedures.

Detailed diagnostic skills and experience of vehicle problem-solving is essential, along with the ability to fix vehicles right first time.

Team working and the ability to exceed customer expectations is a big part of the criteria for this position.
