Nano Fibre UK is seeking a skilled Civils Avoidance Engineer to join our team in the Boston area. As a fast-growing company, we are committed to delivering exceptional service to our customers from our engineers in this region.
We are looking for a motivated and self-driven individual to carry out TRR work, supporting us in delivering our customer promise. The ideal candidate will have experience working in a TRR environment, identifying allocated CBT's and pulling cabling from chambers to customers' properties.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure risk assessments are carried out and all processes are followed regarding permits and reporting blockages to the Civils teams.
- Identify and address potential issues, demonstrating effective problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
- Work collaboratively with teams to meet Service Level Agreement (SLA) Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) set by our partners.
- Travel to different locations within the UK, with accommodation provided when required.
- Work irregular hours and overtime to achieve customer service targets, as needed.
- Meet medical fitness requirements and be able to perform physical tasks in various weather conditions.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 1 year of experience working in a similar role.
- Preferred accreditations: SAOO2 – PIA Underground Safety and S7 – PIA Sub-Duct and Cable Installation.
