About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Data Engineer to join our team at Gl. As a key member of our Data Engineering team, you will play a critical role in designing, building, and maintaining our cloud-based data platforms.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implement scalable data pipelines using Python and AWS serverless technologies
  • Collaborate with the Data Science team to integrate recommender models and analyze streaming data in real-time
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration with existing systems
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices in data engineering
  • Mentor and coach junior team members to help them grow in their careers
Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years of commercial experience using Python and SQL
  • Experience with cloud data platforms, particularly AWS
  • Strong understanding of data engineering principles and best practices
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
