Senior Recruitment Consultant

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Recruitment Consultant to join our team at Safer Hand Solutions Ltd, a leading Healthcare Recruitment Agency with a passion for delivering exceptional results.
As a Senior Recruitment Consultant, you will play a key role in growing our temporary staffing desk and driving business development in the local healthcare market.
Key Responsibilities:- Actively participate in the candidate attraction process, including sourcing potential healthcare professionals, reviewing applications, conducting interviews, and onboarding
- Prospect potential clients through sales, business development, marketing techniques, and networking to expand your client base
- Achieve and exceed KPIs, targets, and objectives on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis
- Collaborate effectively with the team to deliver exceptional client and candidate service
- Ensure compliance is maintained to the highest standard
- Coordinate shifts on a busy temp desk and manage the out-of-hours on-call phone
- Strong knowledge of the local healthcare market
- A strong desire to succeed and grow with the company
- Confident approach with excellent communication skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to think outside the box
- Experience in managing existing accounts as well as acquiring new clients
- A full UK driving license with access to your own vehicle during working hours
- Competitive basic salary of £25k - £30k dependent on experience
- Uncapped, generous commission structure
