Business Operations Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and skilled Business Administrator to join our team at Lark View Care Home. As a key member of our internal management structure, you will be responsible for providing exceptional administrative support to our staff and residents.
Key Responsibilities:
- First point of contact for prospective residents and team members
- Manage the enquiry database and oversee all administration systems
- Set up and maintain residents' agreements, team members' contracts, and other administrative processes
- Attend training on Fire, Handling & moving, and Health & Safety
Requirements:
- Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work closely with the Home Manager and internal management structure
- Strong administrative skills and attention to detail
What We Offer:
- Competitive salary of £32,000.00 per annum
- Contracted to 40-hours per week
- Pension scheme
- 5.6 weeks annual leave
- Onsite parking
- DBS clearance
