Lark View Care Home Business Administrator Role

We are seeking a highly organized and skilled Business Administrator to join our team at Lark View Care Home. As a key member of our internal management structure, you will be responsible for providing exceptional administrative support to our staff and residents.

Key Responsibilities:

  • First point of contact for prospective residents and team members
  • Manage the enquiry database and oversee all administration systems
  • Set up and maintain residents' agreements, team members' contracts, and other administrative processes
  • Attend training on Fire, Handling & moving, and Health & Safety

Requirements:

  • Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work closely with the Home Manager and internal management structure
  • Strong administrative skills and attention to detail

What We Offer:

  • Competitive salary of £32,000.00 per annum
  • Contracted to 40-hours per week
