About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Commercial Training Specialist and Product Trainer to join our team at Calex UK (Learning & Development). As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality training programs to our dealer network, focusing on Mazda's Commercial training.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and deliver engaging learning experiences for delegates, including classroom-based and remote learning sessions.
  • Design and deliver live webinar training and pre-recorded video training content on new Mazda products coming to the UK market.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to delegates, ensuring they can apply their knowledge effectively in their dealership.
  • Support the ongoing improvement of our curriculum, across the automotive disciplines.
  • Adhere to and maintain organisational processes/documentation in regard to learner attendance, punctuality, testing, assignment, and assessment outcomes.
  • Prepare and participate in routine performance management reviews, maintaining a culture of high-standard output.
  • Adhere to the training schedule and plan resources.
  • Value diversity and promote equality internally and externally.
Requirements
  • Computer literate (including Microsoft packages: Excel, Word & PowerPoint).
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision.
  • Fast and stable internet connection and a quiet and private space to facilitate virtual classroom training.
  • Full UK Driving Licence.
