Job Title: Commercial Litigation Solicitor

We are seeking a talented and ambitious commercial litigator to join our busy and expanding commercial litigation team at Origin Legal Ltd.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a commercial litigator to join a leading law firm and make a significant impact. As a Commercial Litigation Solicitor, you will be responsible for progressing cases and collaborating with partners and other lawyers within the team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle a wide range of contentious work for diverse clients, including individuals, owner-managed businesses, and household name PLCs.
  • Work closely with partners to progress cases and collaborate within larger teams.
  • Take responsibility for drafting and advising on complex commercial contracts and disputes.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and other stakeholders.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in commercial litigation and dispute resolution.

Requirements
