Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Gas Service and Repair Specialist to join our team at Rock Managed Services. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing top-notch service and repair solutions for gas systems and appliances in social housing properties.

Key Responsibilities
  • Service, maintain, and repair gas systems and appliances, including boilers, heaters, and cookers
  • Conduct thorough safety checks and inspections to ensure systems operate efficiently and meet safety standards
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues, identifying and resolving faults and defects
  • Provide clients with expert advice and guidance on the use and maintenance of gas systems and appliances
  • Keep accurate and up-to-date records of all work performed
  • Adhere to health and safety regulations and procedures at all times
  • Maintain effective communication with clients and team members
Requirements
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role
  • Strong knowledge of gas systems and appliances, including boilers, heaters, and cookers
  • Relevant qualifications: CCN1, CENWAT, HTR1, CKR1
  • Own van and tools
  • Full UK driving licence
  • Clean DBS check
