Swim Manager Role

Nuffield Health is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Swim Manager to join our team at the Ilford Wellbeing Centre.

About the Role

  • As a Swim Manager, you will be responsible for the overall management and governance of swim classes, including programming, marketing, and sales.
  • You will work closely with the Fitness Manager and General Manager to ensure the success of the swim programme.
  • Key responsibilities include managing swim class schedules, developing and implementing marketing strategies, and maintaining high standards of customer service.
  • You will also be responsible for leading and motivating a team of swim instructors to deliver exceptional customer experiences.

Key Skills and Qualifications

  • ASA or STA Level 2 qualification or equivalent experience
  • Proven track record of delivering commercial targets and growing swim programmes
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Passion for swimming and customer service
