Facilities Administrator Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Facilities Administrator to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our site operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of our facility.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage site services, including answering queries and coordinating activities across the site.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with external contractors and vendors.
  • Oversee the purchase order process, creating and managing SAP POs for all site service activities.
  • Ensure adequate stock levels of chemicals and place timely orders as needed.
  • Coordinate jobs across the factory to ensure efficient operations.
  • Handle waste collections and assist with yard queries.
  • Process, approve, and query invoices, and raise work permits for various tasks.
