We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Facilities Administrator to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our site operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of our facility.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage site services, including answering queries and coordinating activities across the site.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with external contractors and vendors.
- Oversee the purchase order process, creating and managing SAP POs for all site service activities.
- Ensure adequate stock levels of chemicals and place timely orders as needed.
- Coordinate jobs across the factory to ensure efficient operations.
- Handle waste collections and assist with yard queries.
- Process, approve, and query invoices, and raise work permits for various tasks.
- Opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment with a dynamic team.
- Variety of tasks and responsibilities to keep your role engaging and challenging.
- Chance to make a real impact on the success of our site operations.
- Experience in facilities management or a related field.
- Familiarity with SAP or similar systems.
