Chadwick Nott, a well-established regional firm, is seeking a highly experienced Senior Employment Lawyer to join their Employment Department in South Buckinghamshire.

The successful candidate will have over 10 years of PQE and a proven track record of handling complex and demanding corporate clients. As a key member of the team, you will work closely with the Head of Department to:

• Manage a high-volume caseload, including Partner-led cases
• Provide expert advice on TUPE, restructuring, employee relations, and IR35
• Supervise and mentor junior team members
• Develop new business opportunities with existing clients
• Support marketing initiatives to drive business growth
