Job Description

Domus Recruitment is seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to fill the role of Head of Information & Regulatory Governance. This is a critical position that requires a strong understanding of governance, risk management, and information management principles.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Lead the Development and Implementation of Governance Strategies: The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of effective governance strategies, including information governance, risk management, and compliance.
  2. Oversee Policy Management: The candidate will oversee the management of policies related to governance, risk management, and information management.
  3. Manage Complaints and Feedback Functions: The Head of Information & Regulatory Governance will be responsible for managing the complaints and feedback functions of the organization.
  4. Establish and Maintain Risk Management Processes: The candidate will establish and maintain effective risk management processes, including risk identification, assessment, mitigation, and monitoring.
  5. Develop and Implement Information Management Strategies: The successful candidate will develop and implement information management strategies that align with the organization's goals and objectives.
  6. Commission Regular Audits and Reviews: The Head of Information & Regulatory Governance will commission regular audits and reviews to evaluate the effectiveness of governance, risk management, and information management processes and controls.
  7. Advise on Data Privacy Laws: The candidate will advise on data privacy laws and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
Requirements:
  1. Degree in Business Administration or Related Field: A degree in business administration or a related field is desirable.
  2. Qualifications in Governance and Information Governance: Qualifications in governance and information governance, such as ISO or Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), are preferred.
  3. Certified Data Protection Officer (C-DPO): The successful candidate must be a Certified Data Protection Officer (C-DPO).
  4. Proven Experience in Governance and Risk Management: The candidate must have proven experience in developing and implementing governance and risk management strategies within a complex organization.
  5. Expertise in Information Governance and Data Protection: The successful candidate must have expertise in information governance and data protection.
  6. Strong Understanding of Regulatory Requirements: The candidate must have a strong understanding of regulatory requirements and industry standards related to governance, risk management, and information management.
